All-Time Bounce provides you with a clean and safe kids party rentals every time. We rent heavy duty, commercial grade party rental equipment. Each inflatable is anchored down with large stakes or sandbags (depending on the surface) so they stay stable at all times. Otherwise, if the winds are expected to be above 20 mph we will not be able to set up. We understand that inclement weather may show up out of nowhere and with a bounce house rental in Michigan, there are no cancellation fees regarding bad weather. As long as the weather is not so bad to the point where we can't set up, it will be up to the customer to decide if they would like to go through with the rental or not. The bounce house rentals may get wet as long as the blower stays dry. This requires the blower to be off and covered in the case of rain. All of our items are cleaned with kid-friendly Simple Green and sanitized on-site between every use and most come with an emergency flap at the top in the rare case that the unit begins to deflate. When you book with us, you will be sent an email with your receipt as well as a link to our contract. The contract will require an e-signature prior to delivery which you can do on your phone, tablet, or computer. We will typically show up within an hour of your scheduled rental time to ensure everything gets set up in a timely fashion. If you are renting multiple items or it is a busy day we may have to show up earlier. We will contact you beforehand to negotiate a good time for delivery.
